Insurance and Direct Billing

At In2itive Touch & Wellness, we offer Direct Billing for massage therapy, simplifying your insurance claims and reducing out-of-pocket costs. If your insurance covers massage therapy and your physician deems it necessary, we can bill your insurance directly.

To use direct billing, provide your policy number and ID number during your visit. If you’re not the primary insured, we’ll need primary insured’s details as well. We’ll confirm if direct billing is possible and submit the claim on your behalf.

Before your appointment, check with your insurer about coverage, direct billing, annual limits, and reimbursement details. If direct billing isn’t available, we’ll give you a receipt for reimbursement. We’re here to make the process easy for you!

Appointment Cancellation Policy

To ensure that we can provide the best care to all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment without prior notice (a “no-show”), you will be charged the full appointment fee.

We understand that life happens, so if you’re unable to make your scheduled time, please call, text, or email us as soon as possible.

As a courtesy, our online booking system sends appointment reminders with a link that allows you to easily make changes or cancel your appointment. We encourage you to use this feature to avoid any unnecessary charges.

Important Note:
While we send appointment reminders as a courtesy, you are ultimately responsible for keeping track of your scheduled appointment date and time.

We are a small but busy wellness center, and our practitioners dedicate significant time and effort to ensuring you feel your best. We greatly appreciate your understanding of how valuable their time is.

In cases of emergency or unavoidable circumstances, we ask that you contact us immediately so we can help you reschedule or cancel your appointment in a timely manner.
